Abel Rodolfo Garcia Lozano He has a degree in Mathematics from Universidad de La Habana (1983), a master's degree in Mathematics from Universidade Federal Fluminense (1996) and a PhD in Production Engineering in the area of Operational Research from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2005). He is currently an adjunct professor at the State University of Rio de Janeiro and an adjunct professor at the University of Grande Rio. He has experience in the field of Discrete and Combinatory Mathematics, specifically, Theory of Graphs.
